Herbes De Provence

ingredients

• 3 tablespoons dried marjoram
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 3 tablespoons dried thyme
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried sage
• 3 tablespoons dried savory
• 1⁄2 teaspoon fennel seed
• 1 teaspoon dried basil

directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Mix well and spoon into small jars.

This came out great. I didn't have any savory or sage in the house so subbed tarragon and oregano (since I saw those in other Herbes De Provence recipes).

I made up the mixture to specifically use in Recipe#68464. I was a scant teaspoon short of marjoram but they tasted as wonderful on the pie as they will in any other dish that calls for this. TFS, I have a supply that will last me quite a while.
