Chris, this is fantastic bread! I followed your instructions to a tee which resulted in a perfect loaf of bread. I would like to take Bev's suggestion and make croutons but I'm not sure I'll have any bread left. Next time I want to add some garlic being the garlic fiend that I am! Thank you for a great recipe.

Great bread! This is just what I wanted to use my green onions from the garden. I did make a few modifications using half milk and half water for the liquid, and I forgot to use the herbs. I did have to add a bit of flour which was not a problem since I always check my breads' moisture level while the machine is kneading. Also, next time i will use a little less yeast. The loaf was golden and delicious and therefore 5 stars! Thanks for posting.

This is a definite make again recipe. We loved the intense green onion flavour and it was a very moist and light bread. I usually prepare dough in the machine and then shape and bake the bread in the oven. My only complaint about this recipe was that the dough was very wet and sticky. I will be making it again and will check if it was my own mistake, if not I'll add additional flour. Otherwise it is a perfect bread, fantastic with a meal and great for sandwiches. Thank you!

This bread is great! You MUST like green onion though which I do very much. The flavor is just so different and amazing out of any other breads that I have ever made. My BH said "Its different". That is all but he is not as big of fan of any onions as I am. I will defintely make this again even if I got to eat the whole loaf myself. HE HE! LOL! We are grilling fish, shrimp, and steak tonight and this will go great with it all. I just HAD to sneak me a piece early though. I used real butter on it as well. Just wonderful. Thank you!

I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
