Sounds good but what if you don't use a bread machine? What changes in yeast & kneading are necessary?

This is the second time I have made this recipe and BOTH times it has came out wonderful. This time, I tried it adding roasted garlic, rosemary, basil on top along with the grated parmesan and olive oil. Very delicious. Thanks for posting. Saderbee

Wonderful bread I made in my KA. Made with basil but would love to try again with other herbs. Love the texture the cornemal gives it on the bottom. I may try it with pizza toppings. Easy and delicious. Thanks Charmie!

It was easy to do. For the topping, I used dried basil and oregano. 1 teaspoon of each. Thanks Charmie :)
