  • Mix the lemon juice, tarragon, chives and the melted butter.
  • Pour over the fish and either bake or broil to your liking. You could bake at 350 degrees F. for about 8 minutes (depending upon thickness of the fish).

    Our fish was basa and I used fresh chives and sage leaves plus sliced up a couple of garlic cloves. Awesome.

    Very good, I used cod, turned out lovely, buttery and we like the tarragon flavour. I will make it again , thanks for posting. Perhaps you would like to add an oven temperature to the instructions, I baked it at 350f degrees for about 8 minutes, it was quite a thick piece.
