Oh my....this was incredibly delicious! I followed the recipe exactly except I added a generous dash of cayenne to it. I used boneless skinless tchicken thighs and let them marinade overnight. The flavor was delectable and the meat so juicy. Even the kids who first looked at the chicken in the marinade and said they wern't going to eat THAT, chowed down. A definite repeater and keeper.
