Yum, this was GREAT. Nice and simple, fresh flavors and easy ingredients. The bite of the garlic is nice in the dressing and I adore green onions in salad. Thanks so much!

Very refreshing salad. The dressing was nice and tangy. One could add any sort of cheese. Feta would be really good. Quick and easy to make.

Very delicious salad. Made a small version for myself for lunch. This is really versatile- I might add artichoke hearts next time. Thanks!
