- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup micro greens
- 2 tablespoons walnut butter
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1⁄3 cup toasted coconut
directions
- Toast the bread. On one slice, spread hummus and Greek yogurt and top with microgreens.
- On the other slice, spread walnut butter, pumpkin puree and top with toasted coconut.
