DIRECTIONS

  • Crust: Coat a 9" pie pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all of crust ingredients. Stir mixture until it’s same consistency throughout. Press mixture into pie pan, easing up the sides.
  • Filling: In a blender, combine all filling ingredients. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into crust. Refrigerate for 1 hours.
  • Topping: In small bowl, mix strawberries and jam. Spread over chilled pie.
