DIRECTIONS

  • Combine egg whites with 1/4 cup salsa. Mix well and microwave for 45 seconds.
  • Add wheat bran to egg mixture. Microwave another 30 seconds or until eggs are almost set in the middle.
  • Add remaining salsa and sprinkle cheese liberally on top. Microwave once more, for around 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
