- 1⁄4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 cup currants
- 1⁄3 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans, ground
- 1⁄2 cup wheat germ
directions
- Melt butter, add tahini, cocoa powder, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup.
- Then add the remaining ingredients.
- Place the mixture into a 9' round pan and press firmly.
- Refrigerate and cut.
