DIRECTIONS

  • Add hash browns to slow cooker.
  • Brown beef and onion in frying pan.
  • Add meat, and then vegetables, to slow cooker.
  • Combine soup and milk, then pour on top of of meat & vegetables.
  • Cover & cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  • Add cheese, cover, cook additional 30 minutes.
