    (7 ounce) package ZATARAIN'S® Rice Pilaf

    cup chopped apple
  • 12
    cup chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 2 minutes or until softened.
  • Stir in apple juice, water, Rice Mix, apple and pecans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed and rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
