DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F Spray 9x13 pan with olive oil.
  • Cut up pears into section and set aside. No need to peel, but do remove the core.
  • In a medium bowl mix: flour, brown sugar, black pepper, kosher salt, until well blended.
  • Dip pork chops in flour mix, and place in pan.
  • Add pears on top.
  • Sprinkle remaining flour mixture on top for extra flavour, if desired.
  • Bake covered at 425 for 40 min or until pork chops are done, depending on their thickness. Enjoy!
