I made half the recipe to marinade 2 large steaks. There was a lot of marinade. I omitted the pepper and tabasco. The steaks were in the marinade at least 5 hours. They were tender and so yummy. Thanks Chef Itchy Monkey :) Made for Cookbook tag game

I made this for steak and used Recipe #120713 in place of regular soy sauce. Great tasting steak and I did not miss the extra salt! I'll definitely be making this again and I'll be sure to try it on pork chops as another reviewer raved about! Thanks Monkey!

Everyone had seconds on the steak, as I doubled the marinade to have enough for all the steak I had for us. My DS told me he was going to ask for this steak at least once a month! That's ok with me because he and I think alike. I love it too!

This marinade got a rave review! I'm not aware of any Harris Ranch restaurants in Florida but know they serve Harris Ranch beef at "A Land Remembered" Steakhouse in Orlando.

Delicious marinade! I chose this for PAC 2006 because I typically have all of these ingredients on hand. I marinated 4 boneless pork chops using just half of the recipe, which was enough to cover them all completely. I served each chop over rice and spooned a bit of the leftover marinade (which I brought to a boil in a sauce pan first) over the top. This will be a popular marinade in our house from now on! DH raved about it all through dinner. Thanks, Kristi!
