- 2 cups instant rice
- 1 (10 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 3⁄4 cup apple juice
- 1 1⁄4 ounces vegetable soup mix
- 3 lbs bone-in chicken parts
- Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Spread in ungreased 9x13 pan.
- Arrange chicken meaty side up on top rice mixture. Cover with greased foil. Bake @ 350º for 1.5-2hrs.
