Hamburger Ramen Stir-Fry

  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 -3 cups diced cabbage
  • 12 carrot, minced
  • 12 lb ground beef
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles

  • In a large nonstick frying pan put the oil, cabbage and carrot pieces. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring until the cabbage starts to wilt.
  • Add the ground beef and stir-fry until the pink is gone.
  • Meanwhile, fill a medium-size saucepan 2/3 full with water and heat over high heat. Once the water starts boiling, add the two packages of ramen noodles. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 2 or 3 minutes. Drain.
  • Add the drained noodles to the hamburger mixture. Add the two seasoning packets, and stir until well mixed.
  • Optional: Sprinkle with soy sauce if desired.
  • Note: I usually break each noodle package into 3-4 large chunks before adding it to the boiling water. Also good with peas and carrots instead of the cabbage.

I like to eat a variety of food so have lots of different kinds of recipes that I have added and reviewed. Probably the favorite foods that I have reviewed are the ones with Nutella in the ingredients.
