- 1 lb ground ham
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 1⁄2 cups corn flakes
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs

Glaze
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
directions
- Crush cornflakes and mix together with ham and pork.
- Add milk and eggs.
- Pat into loaf pan.
- Mix together sugar, mustard, and vinegar.
- Pour over loaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently with pan juices.
