This is fantastic! I added some salt to the dressing mixture and subbed some leftover bacon (folded in at the last minute) for the ham. The colors and combination of crisp and chewy, salty and sweet make this salad standout. It was a perfect addition to our Easter dinner! Thanks Di, this is a keeper!

Excellent Cole Slaw! As I was serving it with Pulled Pork I didn't wany any additional meat so omitted the ham. It was a weekend of "omg I'm missing..." and I did not have raisins. I sliced some dried aproct instead and added a bit more honey (after DH taste tested) we were both happy campers! Thanks for such a great side dish!

i don't even like slaw, and i went back for seconds on this one! i added a little splash of white vinegar and some salt and pepper to the dressing, and i used bacon instead of ham, but that's all i did differently. THIS IS SUCH AN INCREDIBLE DISH! and it's so easy! i'll be making this a lot - thanks so much for posting.
