We made this for a bridal shower appetizer and they were a hit! I cut the pizza dough in half widthwise, so they weren't so big, and we used sliced deli swiss instead of shredded cheese. Since I wasn't sure if everyone liked mustard, I brushed it with egg instead and also brushed the top to give it a golden brown color. They didn't cook as round as I would have hoped, and a few fell apart, but I think cutting them thicker would have helped!!!

We served this as part of my Daughter's 10th birthday party formal tea party. They weren't as popular with the kids, but my husband and I really enjoyed them. I even froze the leftovers and they froze great! Thanks for sharing!
