  • Note: use salt and pepper to taste. When Buying the sweet pepper chose different colors.
  • Use a bowl for mixing the ingredients,.
  • Chop the carrot in tiny cube like 4x4mm doesn't have to be exact.
  • Chop the rest of the ingredient in small pieces.
  • Add the oil, vinegar or lemon juice , salt and pepper to taste and mix everything.
  • Feel free to play with the amount of the ingredients, you can add more of any vegetable on the list.
  • Add on ingredients: You can add mustard, honey mustard, chili pepper, tiny bits of tomatoes or smashed avocado even you can add small bits of not so ripe mango.
