- Yields:
-
1 Bowl
- Serves:
- 6-10
ingredients
- 3 -4 avocados (make sure they are firm but still "give" when squeezed gently)
- 0.5 (8 ounce) container sour cream (or more)
- 0.5 (16 ounce) jar salsa (or more)
directions
- Cut avacado in half, remove seed, and scoop insides into a bowl.
- Mash the avacado like you would mash potatoes.
- Add salsa to taste. I usually add about 1/2 the jar, or more depending on how many avacados I use.
- Mix avacado and salsa very well.
- Add sour cream to the mixture, to taste. I usually add at least 4-8 oz of sour cream, but if I make a big batch I'll sometimes add more.
- *Note* The amounts are not exact, I really just taste it as I go, but this is such a delicious version of guacamole you must try it!
- NOTE: The important thing is that you do not add so much salsa and sour cream that the dip stops being green. Mine is usually a light color of green, but it is definately green.

This was tasty, but I felt it was lacking in something..not sure what. I was makining this to take to work this morning, so I had no time to paly around with it. Also, I think it was maybe a bit runny, but that was my fault for adding too much cream I think. I think the best measurement for this, would be 2 TB of cream and 2 TB salsa, for each avocado. I served it witha French Stck, which I had sliced thinly and toasted in the oven.
