  • Mash 1/4 ripe avocado
  • Dice one Roma tomato and mix with mashed avocado.
  • Slice 1 oz cheese into 12 one-inch squares.
  • Slice 4 olives into 3 rings each.
  • Slice 4 mushrooms into 3 rings each.
  • Place 1/2 teaspoons of avocado mix on top of each mushroom slice.
  • Place one cheese square on top of avocado mix.
  • Place one olive slice on top of cheese square.
  • Heat for 15 seconds in microwave.
