Ground Beef Porridge

This is a complete meal for your baby and toddler. You can change the brown rice to pasta for a change.

ingredients
- 30 g ground beef
- 20 g onions
- 20 g tomatoes
- 20 g broccoli
- 2 tablespoons brown rice
- 1 g salt
directions
- Minced onion, tomato and broccoli and set aside.
- Add 350ml of water to the brown rice and bring it to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add minced vegetables and ground beef to the porridge and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season to taste.
