  1. I loved the taste of this, but made a few changes. My DS complained that it wouldn't "stick together"....it kept falling off his fork when he tried to eat it. I used spaghetti sauce instead of catsup, and increased the quantity because I had more than a pound of ground beef. I also used extra garlic. Next time I will also add a little shredded mozzarella to the meat, to try and hold it together. I enjoyed this, and will definitely try it again. Made for All New Zaar Cookbook Tag!

  2. We really enjoyed this recipe. Very easy to assemble. I added some mushrooms that I needed to use up and I didn't bake it in a pie plate, as I made slightly more than the recipe called for and it wouldn't fit. It's a keeper. :)

  3. The seasoned croutons were too much. Neither the crust or the meat came together. It was WAY overcooked. I ended up giving it to my dogs. It needs a sauce for the meat mixture and the crust should be crushed and blended in a food processor. Plain croutons might have been bettter.
