  1. I grill zucchini at least twice a week and have never thought to use cumin on it. This is really a great flavor. It went very well with my grill chicken breast. My zucchini was pretty big and cut in half it still only took about 5 minutes to get crisp tender.

  2. Very nice flavors and quite easy to make. Served with Indian spiced chicken legs with raita

  3. Delicious! Haven't used cumin with zucchini before but it's really good, especially on the grill. Simple, tasty - thanks for sharing the recipe!

  4. So easy and wonderful flavor. I never thought of cumin and zucchini being good together, but hey, it works!

  5. Very, very good. I love cumin, and I love zucchini, so well, what's not to love here? I halved the recipe. The kids wouldn't touch it, of course, (EWWWW, what's that green stuff?) but hey, that's their loss. Thanks for a great recipe that will definitely be put on the rotation.
