  1. Great way for kids to enjoy salmon! My kids love peanut butter and this is a great way for them to love salmon. It was a winner in our house!! By the way, also a great way to get kids involved in the cooking process by getting them to make the sauce,

  2. Wonderful! This sauce adds so much to grilled salmon! I did have to dilute the sauce a bit with water to make it the desired consistency. There is nothing I would change about this recipe. It is truly outstanding! Thank you, Kelbel!

  3. I love salmon and fix it quite often. This recipe is so easy and delicious. If one has a Vita-Mix the sauce can be prepared while grilling the fish.

  4. I love salmon and love trying different ways to eat it. This was a interesting new way(with peanut butter)! I enjoyed the flavors. Thanks KelBel!

  5. Wow - what a sauce! Loved the nutty/savoury/sweet flavour! Personally, I think you could cut all the sauce ingredients by half and still have plent for 4 salmon fillets - it makes quite a lot. On the other hand, it is so good, having that bit of extra in your fridge is not bad thing. ;-) A keeper.
