This is one of those recipes that you wish could get more than 5 *'s. I used boneless loin chops and put them in the marinade overnight and all the next day. The meat was very flavorful, tender and just plain delicious. I did cut back on the honey and found that 1 teaspoon onion powder was plenty. Definitely a winner!
