  1. So easy to make and so delicious! My guests loved it (so did I)! Made it just as written. Thanks.

  2. Great recipe- fast, easy and good! I used low fat mayo and the combination of lime and cumin on Halibut has just the right amount of zing straight from the grill.

  3. This was a really tasty recipe and extremely easy to make. It reminded me of an easy aioli recipe I like from Trader Joe's, which works well on most fish; however, that one does not include cilantro, which I really enjoyed in this recipe. We served with a side of roasted asparagus. Thanks for posting!

  4. I didn't change a thing on this recipe. It was a pleasure to make. It was a little frightening using the mayo and grill at almost 400 degrees. But the moisture evaporates from the mayo which makes a nice oily layer to contain all the moisture inside the Halibut. Remember to oil the grates <br/>well and enjoy!

  5. Made for the *Pet Parade* event to pay-off my bet & I feel like I was the winner. I made a cpl of chgs but kept true to the heart of the recipe. I used haddock & oven-baked it as you cannot always count on grilling weather here in Iceland. I am esp fond of the lime flavor & it works so well w/this tasty + easy-fix. We loved it, Nimz. Thx for sharing this sure to be repeated recipe w/us. :-)

I was one of the original members of Recipezaar that was truly a community of individuals that enjoyed each other in forums and chat rooms. I've been a member of this site since 2003. Made some tremendous friends that I still think of often. I'll continue coming here because my recipes are here and so many more that I tried over the years as a member. It's just a tad boring now and just another recipe site like all the rest. Sad.
