Because I really wanted to make this, I subbed mandarin oranges in place of the pineapple because I was out and it was pretty darned tasty. Can't wait to make it with the pineapple instead!! Yum... (86'd the wasabi mayonnaise) Maybe next time?

I made the tuna but didn't use the mayonnaise as none of us like wasabi. We loved the tuna though and I got thank yous for an awesome dinner from everyone eating with me. Such a great blend of flavors. I will be adding this to my recipes to be made again. Thank you!

This is absolutely outstanding!!!! It is quick easy, so full of flavour and we absolutely loved it. I love tuna and have many ways I love to prepare it, but this will definitely be going into my favourites. I love the flavour of the glaze and was not even sure before cooking whether it would be tasted. Very wrong, it is such a wonderful glaze and even without the wasabi mayonnaise it is excellent. For us who love anything with wasabi, it just totally finished off the dish and gave it that final special touch. A wonderful recipe chia and one we will enjoy often.
