ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon seasoning, all-purpose
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 2 teaspoons thyme, minced
• 8 large red potatoes, washed and sliced into 1/4 inch thick rounds

directions

1. 1. Heat grill.
2. 2. In bowl, mash together first 4 ingredients to create paste,.
3. 3. Add potatoes to oil mix; toss gently to coat.
