Grilled Chicken Breast With Barbecue Glaze
A delicious way to cook chicken and quite low fat as well! Prep time doesn't include marinating.

- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1⁄3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- Combine sauce, honey, mayonnaise, garlic and ginger.
- Add chicken fillets to bowl and until well coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
- Put chicken on oiled grill plate and bbq for approximately 5 minutes each side (longer if using large breasts), brushing occasionally with the marinade.

The "KILLER" to this recipe is the cooking time. The recpe states five minutes to cook on each side. If you eat raw chicken ( does not matter if its marinated this is still a huge whole breast!) Chicken needs to be cooked at 400 degrees to kill any parisites and disease. I am going to marrinage this and then clook in the over on 400 covered for 30 minutes, and on broil for 3- 5 on low broil. NEVER UNDERCOOK CHICKEN OR PORK
