chop up cabbage as fine a you like. the smaller the cut the less time it takes to cook.
I add onion powder and season salt. Sometimes I will use a chicken boulon cube. And instead of water to boil the cabbage in I use Pepper sauce.
Combine all togeather in a aluminum pan and cover. Grilling time of course varys. I like mine somewhat crunchy, so less time is needed. This is a trial and error type deal. If you dont like peppers use chicken or beef broth. But almost any way you make this it is awesome.
