Grilled Asian Spiced Pork Ribs

ingredients

  • 6 lbs pork ribs
  • 2 cups ponzu sauce (a citrus type of soy sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne (can add more...)

directions

  • Pour all ingredients into a gallon size zip lock bag.
  • Shake it all up.
  • Let sit overnight in fridge.
  • Remove from bag discard left over marinade.
  • Wrap in foil and grill over low coals for about an hour until meat moves freely from the bone.
  • Remove from foil and place over heat and grill until they have a nice char --
  • Enjoy.

  1. Loved this recipe! I put 1.5tsp Cayenne and barely noticed it. I don't like too spicy, but just a little kick. Next time I will put 2 - 2.5 tsp. Also, I might add 1/4 cup soy for a more asian flavor. My wife is Japanese and she was very happy with the end result, but agreed that we may make the changes mentioned. Thank you for sharing this one!
