Grill Spice-Rubbed New York Strip Steak
- Ready In:
- 2 lbs New York strip steaks, trimmed (about 3/4-inch thick)
- vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup mccormick grill mates dry steak seasoning
- Brush steaks lightly with oil. Rub steaks generously on both sides with steak with rub.
- Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
