- Ready In:
- 15mins
- Ingredients:
- 7
- Yields:
-
4 Cups
ingredients
- 4 medium avocados
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1⁄2 cup salsa, store bought (medium)
- 2 teaspoons bottled garlic, minced (or 2 fresh cloves)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- salt, to taste
directions
- One by one, cut the avocados in half, and take out the seed. Cut the halves in half again (so you have quarters), take the skin off of the pieces, and put them into a Tupperware bowl (so you can just stick it in the fridge when you're done making it).
- With a fork, squish all the pieces of avocado to your desired guacamole chunkiness.
- Add lime juice, and stir.
- Add all other ingredients, except salt, and stir to combine.
- If using salted chips to dip, you might not want to add salt; otherwise, you might want to add salt - your call.
- Enjoy!

I am an active lady, and I am not the top chef in the world, but I can hold my own. I love making things that remind me of when I was little, I love trying out new recipes, and I love learning new things to cook. Most of the recipes I post are recipes I loved that I found online, but that I have tweaked just a bit. I do have some family recipes on here too. I love to bake, probably more than anything else in the kitchen. I love to bike ride. I like to read, travel, kayak (I've only been twice, but I loved it), hike, camp, basically any outdoorsy/active stuff.?
