- 2 cups green chilies, roasted, seeded, peeled, and diced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 ears white corn, roasted and corn kernels removed
- 1⁄2 cup cream
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
directions
- Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Use as a filling with your favorite masa recipe for the best tamales you will ever taste.
