DIRECTIONS

  • Saute cream cheese, green chiles until it is warm and nicely combined. Grease 9x13 baking dish, pour some enchilada sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Fill tortillas with mixture and some of the cheese, reserving some cheese to sprinkle on the top.
  • Roll up tortillas and place in a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with PAM.
  • Pour enchilada sauce on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
  • Can top with sour cream and cilantro.
  • This dish can easily have chicken or other proteins added along with other veggies like corn, beans, or peppers. Blank canvas to create a delicious master piece.
