    cup chopped parsley

    scallions, chopped

  • salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Steam and drain the green beans and allow them to cool completely.
  • Drain and rinse the black eyed peas.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • May be served chilled.
