ingredients
- 1 cup green beans, chopped,blanched
- 1 cup mushroom, chopped
- 1 cup scallion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1⁄4 cup almonds, slivered,toasted
directions
- Stir-fry beans, mushrooms and scallions in oil for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients.
- Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
