We couldn't get the burgers to come out properly, with the filling staying inside! So we mixed the filling throughout the burgers and they were very tasty! I particularly liked the oregano so upped the amount a good deal! The ranch worked very well with this recipe. Thanks for a lovely treat! Made for ZWT6.

Hokies, I made this and DH loved it but I buggered up when it came to following the directions! I only made 2 burgers, just for DH, and instead of stuffing them, I cooked them a bit, and then slathered the filling on one, and added the other on top. Made for a mess on the grill pan, but it worked out ok. Filling stayed in and DH says, "That's awesome!" So I'll be making this again (correctly next time). I had everything on hand, so it was easy, and made my own cucumber ranch dressing using recipe#407673, which was also really easy. Thanks for posting. Made for ZWT6 ~ GREECE and the Queens of Quisine!
