I really liked this, very easy to make up and uses ingredients I always have in my spice pantry. I made up a tiny batch to use on hamburgers. I used freshly ground black pepper instead of the cracked corns, and mixed it in with my hamburger. Gave a very nice flavor to the burgers and added a wonderful aroma to the kitchen while they were cooking. Thanks for posting Chocolatl ~ made for ZWT6 ~ GREECE and the Queens of Quisine.
