A very interesting and yes, tasty recipe. I did only use half the amount of cinnamon and so glad of that. It is very interesting to taste the sauce as it simmers. When I first tasted it I didn't think I would like it at all. The next taste test something quite magical had happened and everything melded together. I really could no longer pick out the individual flavours, certainly not the tomato soup. I corrected with a little more salt and pepper and let it simmer awhile longer. My husband and son really liked the flavour and richness of it. I felt the sauce could have been thinned a bit. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for ZWT -- X-tra Hot Dishes.
