- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- garlic, 1 tiny tip finely chopped

Salad
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes, in different colors, halved
- 1 1⁄2 cups cheese curds
- 1 cup small fresh basil leaf (or large leaves chopped)
- salt and pepper
directions
- Dressing: In a salad bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Add all the ingredients for the salad. Add salt and pepper.

The flavours in this are really good but I found the dressing to be really strong and it overpowered the subtle flavours of the tomato and curds. I used about 1/4 of the basil and that was plenty. I couldn't find any other tomatoes than the red, so I used white and orange curds to add more colour. Next time, I would double the salad or half the dressing and it would be perfect for me!
