- 2 lbs red grapes
- 2 lbs green grapes
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
directions
- Wash grapes and pat dry.
- Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add the grapes and toss gently.
- Place in a 9x13 cake pan.
- Mix together the brown sugar and nuts and sprinkle on top.
- Keep refridgerated.

Made for a pot luck and had 4 people ask for the recipe. It was too sweet for my taste, but DH and the majority of people at the pot luck seemed to think it was perfect. Made using fat free cream cheese, fat free Greek yogurt, and Splenda. Will be tucking this away for another pot luck as it is quick, easy, and a Big Hit. Thanks so much for the great post.

Fantastic and addictive side dish or dessert! Refrigerated overnight and the salad set up nicely with a almost caramel flavored glaze from the brown sugar.
