Granny's Broccoli Casserole

    (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup

    cups cheddar cheese, shredded

    tablespoons butter, melted

    cup cheese cracker crumbs

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Drain broccoli well, do not cook.
  • Combine soup, cheese, eggs, milk, mayonnaise and horseradish. Mix in broccoli. Spoon into a 2-quart well-buttered casserole dish.
  • Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs, sprinkle over casserole. Bake for 45 minutes.
