Hello,
I am from a suburb of Toronto, Canada. I was a gourmet waitress for 20 years when I lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Gourmet service included tableside cooking of each course. For the last 10 years I have done little in cooking until I recently compiled a recipe book of top quality recipes from family and friends. It was such a wonderful trip down memory lane that it inspired me to get back in the kitchen. I have enjoyed the last 6 months of experimenting and pleasantly surprised at the level of confidence I feel in altering recipes. My family is thrilled my waistline is not! I would like to share some of the recipes that went into my book. More than anything else I like to bake. Being of English decent I have lots of sweet recipes to share.
