"This is a quick, no-bake granola bar recipe that works perfectly for picky eaters. Our family likes to roll the granola into bite-size spheres that mimic the "Granola Bites" from the grocery store."

  • Mix the cereal, oats, and raisins in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  • In a small pot on the stove, stir together the brown sugar, corn syrup, and honey over medium to medium-high heat and bring to a rolling boil.
  • Continue to boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and blend in the peanut butter and vanilla.
  • Pour over the cereal/oat/raisin mixture and combine.
  • At this point, you can roll into 1/2 inch spheres to make granola bites, or press into a small square or rectangular dish to form bars.
  • Store tightly covered.
