ingredients

• 8 lemons
• 150 g sugar
• 250 ml water
• 500 ml water

directions

1. Zest and juice the lemons.
2. Add lemon zest to sugar and 250 ml water cook 5 minutes.
3. Strain add juice of lemons and rest of water; put in freezer for 1 hour.
4. Stir; add to glass with ice.
