  1. By far, the best apple pie I have ever eaten! Yellow, transparent apples work the best. Thank you Grandma Vera!

I'm home with my 2 kids. We have fun playing and cooking. I like to include them in cooking whenever I can. My favorite cookbook, at the moment, is a Cooking Light Best of 10 Years cookbook. I'm trying to eat more healthy for the new year. I sell toys so they, along with my kids are my passion. My pet peeves are people who don't know how to have fun, merging on the road with someone who doesn't know how and people who have no clutter (or maybe I'm just jealous). I'd read, read, read if I had a month off.
