Gourmet Hot Cocoa Mix

"Bulk hot cocoa mix in which different flavors can be made simply by using different flavored coffee creamers and pudding mixes:)"

• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 20 cups of cocoa
• Serves: 16-18

ingredients

• 1 cup powdered milk
• 1 1⁄2 cups powdered coffee creamer
• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
• 4 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix

directions

1. Sift together all dry ingredients and store in covered container of your choosing.
2. To use mix: stir 2 heaping tablespoons of cocoa mix into 8 oz. mug of hot water.

This is a great recipe! Very creamy and delicious. I can see the potential for an array of flavor combinations...I made this batch with chocolate pudding mix and gingerbread flavored coffee creamer (the kids are still raving about it) and we put a small candy cane in as well. I plan on our next batch being a french vanilla pudding and pumpkin spice flavored coffee creamer combo. I can't wait to try it. Thnks a bunch stormeenyte :)
